On Thursday Demand stayed at Grandmas and played with her visiting cousins while I took the boys home for a nap. That left me two whole hours to myself to get some work done around the house. I got so much done! It felt wonderful. Since we had three dinner parties and other guest, this past week (some here until past 11pm) the main floor never seemed to get fully clean. I was able to give the main floor a real good cleaning. Then I took a short break to read a bit, assuming Pax would be waking up but he didn't so I moved onto the basement. I was so excited to get the homeschool room 95% of the way done and clean up the playroom/family room. The family room has been done for about two weeks but we don't keep it clean, because well we don't have to but it's nice to clean it every once in a while.
The homeschool room however came close to being done once but then we went on a roadtrip and things got crazy. I had coupon piles everywhere, new textbooks everywhere, Mr. Sloth started storing the tools he was using in the family room in there and never removed them. But now it's lovely! Truly lovely! Mr. Sloth has to rehang our chalkboard and bolt the shelves to the walls and I have to reorganize all the homeschool materials and craft supplies.
