A Teaser

My apologies.

Various family 'issues' have occupied my time since we've been home. It looks as though we might be getting back into a routine soon though so I hope to update you on our big trip!

To satisfy your appetite for a few days how about "Things to do/not do while traveling Europe with children"??

1. Do not decide to climb to the top of the "Duomo" with a baby who hates to be carried and 3 year old who aspires to be a paraplegic. 483 steps. Once you're up you still have to come down.

2. Don't buy a luggage carrier from Target hoping to have it help with the load only to have it break your first day into the trip and then have to carry it all through Europe in order to get your money back. (I DID get my money back by the way.)


3. Don't forget to repack your husbands emergency change of clothes for the long flight overseas lest the baby vomit on him mid flight. (Baby's clothes still have mold stains from this incident.)


4. Do research on hotels more than one day before you are scheduled to arrive so that you don't have to walk through a cemetery in Paris two days before Halloween dragging all of your luggage and pushing two strollers in order to get to your hotel.
