THREE little Slothlings!!!
Mr. Sloth and I were excited to find out that we have another on the way this past New Years Eve. Sorry for the cryptic message in my last post, but Mr. Sloth hadn't gotten around to telling two of his siblings yet and since they read the blog I wanted them to hear it from him not the "interweb".
To answer your first two questions.
Yes, this was planned.
and
No, this is not a European baby.
In fact I'm not far along at all but we like to tell people early so we can get as many prayers as possible and if we do lose a baby we at least had the pleasure to share the joy of new life.
The next question is always, "How are you feeling?"
It's strange for the most part I don't feel pregnant at all. I never get morning sickness but I usually get extreme exhaustion. I'm just starting to feel tired but mostly just at night. I can definately eat anything but somethings like, red meat, don't sound the most appealing. So all in all things are good.
For weeks Demand had insisted that I my belly was getting bigger and I had a baby in my belly. I kept correcting her, because at the time I wasn't, so she was very confused when we told her I WAS pregnant. At first she just nodded and smiled but five minutes later she bent down, looked at my belly and asked excitedly, "Momma, you got a baby in your belly?? You go to the hopistal (hospital)??"
Happy is already jealous. He's back to nursing like a newborn and it doesn't help that I'm a pushover. He woke up around 10:30pm last night and wanted to nurse. I tried to comfort him but he smelled so good I had to walk away. After an hour I finally gave in and brought the cuddle bug into bed. I think it's because he's had a cold and always seems to be teething. I don't want to torture him if he's hurting but, again I'm a push over for that baby smell.
Right away, Mr. Sloth, Demand, and I all decided we wanted a girl. Since Happy will be really close in age to this baby we feel bad for Demand so we thought a sister would help. Then then other day I saw her putting her Cinderella slippers on Happy and thought, "That kids needs a brother".
Looks like we have a busy couple of years ahead of us!! ;)

Reading this made my day. So far this baby has made my day twice. Thanks baby.
Congratulations! How exciting!
and p.s. I hate to tell you this, but the increased nursing MAY be a sign that your milk supply is decreasing with the pregnancy. It doesn't happen every time, apparently, but it did with me (I was pregnant with child #2 when #1 was 11 months old).
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I know it can/could be my supply decreasing. We're just going to push through since he's 11 months.
