That's weird!

Yesterday I was changing Happy's diaper right before his nap. (That kid loves to poop!) I was afraid I would forget about the diaper and the room would get stinky so I asked Demand to put it on the dryer. I heard her in the laundry room. Then I heard a struggle. Finally I thought, "Oh, no did she put it IN the dryer?!". So I dashed in the laundry room to find it not in the dryer, but in the washer. Can you imagine if I had thrown a load of wash in with a poopy diaper and didn't know it?? Yuck! (It was a disposable one by the way)

Secondly I had some crazy dreams last night. First I had a dream that Mr.Sloth and I were getting married again. He, and I, and Obscure spent the whole day out and about doing nothing wedding related. Finally at 5:01pm I called my parents to see how the wedding planning was going and confirm the time. My mom said the wedding was at 6pm. I realized I didn't have long to get ready and then decided I would wear my hair down this time.

Then Happy woke me up. It was 6:30am. I was sad that I missed my second wedding.

A lot of times he wakes up at this time, nurses for a bit and either goes back in his crib or is up for the day. I woke up at 7:45!! And I had quite the dream!

This time my dream was not so happy. I had a dream that the parents of a college friend of mine were sueing me. I ended up getting a sentence of 3 weeks in jail and 62 days community service. I was crying a lot in the dream because I didn't want to go to jail, but apparently it was all because I told them someone we both knew had gone to Mass on Sunday when they hadn't and all sorts of bad things happened because of it. My parents were very supportive though but I do remember my mom at one point making the comment that my friends parents were "Zodiacs" which in the dream meant they were really good lawyers.

So I woke up at 7:45am (about an hour later than I thought I would. I heard Cinderella in the background and thought Demand was listening to one of her audio books. It turns out that she had woken up and Mr. Sloth fed her and then put on a video for her before heading off to work.

So it was a weird start to the morning but I was happy for the extra rest. I didn't feel I needed a nap for the rest of the day. Tomorrow the kiddos and I are using free passes from the library to meet a friend at the Children's Museum. Demand is really excited! We'll pack a lunch and then head home for a quick nap before I babysit for friends.It may be a busy day but my friend (whom I'm babysitting for) is bringing dinner as "payment" so at least I don't have to worry about dinner. This family is five months ahead of us with children. The girl is five months older than Demand, the boy is five months older than Happy, and they are 5-6 months ahead of us in pregnancy.

Weird, huh?
